Brain Story: First Among Equals

This program explores the reasons why humans dominate other species. There are organisms with larger brains, and many animals are able to communicate with one another. Certain animals use tools to reach food, and live in communities. Susan Greenfield, specialist in degenerative brain disorders, looks at human abilities and compares them with the abilities of animals, such as chimpanzees.
